This is a good list of spaces - but I think your building area will not accommodate all these spaces or at least the square footage. You may need to cut back on some of the areas once you have the sites. The long list of spaces will help you when you come to design. It is better to have more in your program that you can cut back and rework than not enough spaces to fill you site. I cannot read the adjacency chart as they are overlapped on my computer. Also Theoretical is spelled wrong on your title.
Your rehearsal and Concert Hall spaces may be a little small. I think the space matrix is useful, but your bubble diagram is confusing. If you have time, i suggest studying your adjacencies closer and develop a simplified bubble diagram.
